Alistair has significant experience in both the Australian and global fertiliser markets as a result of his national fertiliser roles in both Elders and Landmark. This experience extends to the identification, sourcing, logistics and quality management of fertiliser products from Asia.

He has significant experience in the area of product development for both liquid and granular biological and conventional fertiliser products.

Wayne is well equipped to deal in the Asian fertiliser markets speaking fluent Mandarin and having significant local contacts on the ground in the Chinese market.

Wayne has significant experienced in contract negotiation in China and has a sound understanding of Chinese corporate law.

Wayne’s strong logistics background and his experience in product development and commercialisation makes him a valuable Biowin team member.
